When you have children, people say that you will loose sleep, they tell you that life will never be the same again. However, they don’t tell you that you will end up scrabbling around for head lice treatment at some point in your life because you have just discovered horrible little creatures crawling all over your daughter’s/son’s head.
Shame on them!
Well, I am going to be different, and this linky will bring together some of the resources I have found for helping my children to get rid of the little sods, both from the KiddyCharts blog, and from far and wide – lets blitz those nits!
We have discovered a fair number of different head lice treatment and prevention methods, anything from the wonderful Nitty Gritty Comb, to using the Hedrin Protect and Go conditioning spray which if you use regularly helps to keep them at bay. We have been using it for a few months now, and still no sign of them *touches wood fast.*
However, we are ALWAYS open to suggestions, so would love to hear of other experiences from people. So link up your nit posts, and we can take on the world of head lice treatment head on *at it were!*
Would be wonderful if you can display the parenting tips badge on your post as well – so that we can all find each other too – sharing the advice with these little horrors can only help.

I shall give all of you some loving on Twitter, and my other social channels as well. I know nits isn’t necessarily something we like to talk about, but I am shameless me!
Some come along, link those resources up; and they don’t have to be yours, just something that you found helpful.
