The weekly fitness monitoring sheet allows you to keep track of various parts of your workout and fitness regime. From your water intake to your meals and everything in between, which of course, we will loook at it detail. Let’s take a look at the items that are tracked within this free printable worksheet.

In this printable you will be able to keep track of:

  • Your meals and what you had for each meal,
  • Your water intake,
  • How long you worked out for both for cardio and strength training,
  • The calories you consumed, or calories in, and,
  • The calories you expended, or calories out.

This sheet has the 7 days of the week for you. Which is convenient in case you work out every day or you want to only fill out the days you do work out. The worksheet also has a notes section for you to make any notes of your health changes, any medication you may have been taking, or anything else that you may find useful to make a not of.

You can fill out where you worked out, the type of diet you followed, a quick shopping list for your diet for each week, or even what your heartbeats per minute were each workout. The choice is yours!

You can print a sheet out every week and label it according to the month and the week of each month. This will help you see your progress and keep track of your workouts week after week, month after month, and check your progress comparatively.

Another idea is to cut out each individual day and stick it in your bullet journal or planner if you’re into that sort of thing. That will ensure that you keep yourself organised and on track.
