Today we have a great printable water tracker for you to help you keep track of your water intake. Do you find that you just don’t know if you’re drinking enough or not? Some days we may drink more than others, and that can be fine because that is what our body may need at that given moment. But, it’s also crucial to try and keep hydrated to avoid getting parched. As it’s said that when your body asks for water it’s because it’s already at the point of slight dehydration. To keep you and your kids hydrated on the regular, we have created this simple water tracker printable. Let’s take a look at it now.

This cute sheet gives you an at a glance monthly water tracker perfect to keep track of your intake. The water tracker works perfectly for both kids and adults. The water tracker is available to download anytime as you can fill out the month and your daily goal. You can download a monthly sheet for each member of the family or download a water tracker sheet for each member of the family and laminate it to reuse, it’s all up to you.

So, how does it work? It’s simple really. All you need to do is fill in each water droplet (or tick it off) depending on what your goal is for the day. Each droplet can be a specific amount or a glass of water, how you choose to organise your water intake.

Why is the water tracker a good idea to use? Well, it’s simple really. Drinking water helps everyone. Some of the benefits of drinking (and tracking your intake) are:

  • it helps you keep your skin looking good,
  • hydration helps you think more clearly,
  • it also helps improve your mood,
  • being hydrated helps minimise aches and pain and,
  • it can help keep your kids away from sugary drink.

As you can see, adopting a water tracking habit is a great way to help keep yourself and your family healthy overall.
