Moshi Monsters series 8 countdown day 10: Jiggles your friendly joystick

While Fitch rushes off to fetch something, we can present you with our Day 10 Moshi Monster, the wonderful Jiggles the fiddly twiddlestick…

Moshi Monsters Series 8: Jiggles

This Moshi takes me back to the days of the ZX Spectrum 48, and the most ridiculous amount of time I spent in my youth jiggling about that joystick so that I could win the long jump in Daley Thompson’s Decathlon. Jiggles appears to be as nostalgic as me, as they are always recalling days gon by when video games were made properly…not like the new-fangled rubbish that you get nowadays..particularly all that online gaming stuff…fiddlesticks *ahem*

Personality: Rather prone to the odd misty-eyed look back to those bygone days, but very sociable and excited little creatures. Always keen on the Super Moshis grabbing them to bring back the good times when those buttons were pummelled to death

Likes: New high scores, of course, and teak veneer

Dislikes: Sticky fingers, because who wants those on the Jiggles pristine joysticks, and greasy blister cream

Chatterbox doesn’t remember the Jiggles Joysticks of my youth, but what does she think of this rather fetching little moshling…

And importantly, what do you think of him? Do you like Jiggles, and his jolly joystick? Let us know below.

Helen is a mum to two, social media consultant, and website editor; and this site is (we think) the only Social Enterprise parenting magazine! Since giving up being a business analyst when juggling travel, work and kids proved too complicated, she founded KiddyCharts so she could be with her kids, and use those grey cells at the same time. KiddyCharts has reach of over 1.1million across social and the site. The blog works with big family brands (including travel) to help promote their services, as well as offering free resources to parents of kids under 10. It gives 51%+ profits to Reverence for Life, who fund a number of important initiatives in Africa, including bringing running water and basic equipment to a school in Tanzania. Helen has worked as a digital marketing consultant (IDM qualified) with various organisations, including Channel Mum, Truprint, Talk to Mums, and Micro Scooters.
