Play date invitation: Print your own

We all need a play date from time to time, particularly when we have little ones. The kids need it to release some of that pent up energy, and maybe the parents need it to catch up with old friends. In order to organise those meet ups a little more easily, we have a play date invitation for you to print out today to give to friends.

Before we share with you our printable play date invitation, what about we give you a few ideas of what you can do on your play date using some of the resources that we have on KiddyCharts?

Ideas for you on the play date

  1. We love imaginative play on KiddyCharts, and we have loads of sets and ideas for helping the kids to really get into pretend play. Particular favourites for us on play dates are our finger puppets. These come with great backdrops to use as well,
  2. Coloring is one of the best ideas for play dates, and we have loads of free coloring pages for kids on the site. Our most popular include these mindful cat coloring sheets, and our very own mindful coloring book. You can also take a quick look at some of the coloring resources in our shop too,
  3. Another popular idea for play dates from KiddyCharts, are our eBooks for kids. These include everything from coloring books, to learning and other fun activities, typically on a specific theme. We have a Lego activity book that is downloaded regularly, as well as an alphabet book, and a brilliant eBook for improving fine motor activity for kids.

Why not just have an explore, and you are bound to find something that you and the kids coming on the playdate will love.

What does the play date invitation look like

We have kept the invites colorful and fun, just like the site!

We have put three play date invites on the sheet, and you can cut them out as you need them. Each invite allows you to add:

  • Your name,
  • The parent’s name of the child you are inviting, and
  • Your phone number.

Simple, but very effective. You can cut out the circles, and hand to anyone you want to come on over to your house, and have LOADS of fun with our resources, and anything else you choose.

We would love you to come back to our site, so why not sign up to our newsletter before you download the invitations?

Since giving up being a business analyst when juggling travel, work and kids proved too complicated, she founded KiddyCharts so she could be with her kids, and use those grey cells at the same time. KiddyCharts has reach of over 1.1million across social and the site. The blog works with big family brands (including travel) to help promote their services, as well as offering free resources to parents of kids under 10. It gives 51%+ profits to Reverence for Life, who fund a number of important initiatives in Africa, including bringing running water and basic equipment to a school in Tanzania.
