This Gruffalo crumble is beyond delicious and a must make for any Gruffalo fan out there.

Start by pealing and coring the apples and chopping them into bite-size pieces.  Put them in a large mixing bowl along with blackberries (save a handful of berries). Mix in cinnamon, sugar and juice and give it a good stir. Tap the mixture into the baking dish.

Cut the butter into small cubes and place them in another mixing bowl along with flour. Rub together with your fingers. Stir in the oats and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruit in the baking dish. Decorate with remaining berries.

Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C / Gas Mark 4 for 40 minutes.

Who doesn’t love a good pancake. Perfect for a party or for a yummy breakfast.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon).

Add honey to milk and stir well. Break the egg into a saucer and add it to milk and honey mixture. Mix with a fork. Pour into dry ingredients.

Mix everything. Melt butter in frying pen and add the batter one laddle at a time (also drop 5 blueberries) .

Flip pancakes over when little bubbles appear on top.
