We have long loved mindfulness colouring books to help relax the mind, and focus. We advocate colouring both personally, and on the site to help chill out. Now we have a gorgeous wild animals mindfulness colouring book for kids and adults to enjoy for just the price of a coffee (£2.99). But most importantly…
FOR EVERY UK SALE, WE GIVE £1 TO THE RETHINK MENTAL HEALTH CHARITY
As you can see from the image above – this book is a simply stunning collection of some of the most iconic wild animals. If you don’t fancy buying it now – why not pin this article for later?
About the book
The book is designed for you and your children to colour in together – spending some quality time with each other, just “being.” There is nothing more important in this face-paced world than just taking a little bit of time to stop, and think.
And there is no way better of doing that than by enjoying our wild animals mindfulness colouring book with the kids.
We have TWELVE different animals – in pairs – within the book. One for you, or your older kids to colour, and another for one of the younger ones to tackle. The animals included in the book are:
Each of the kids mindfulness colouring pages are relatively simple, with clear lines, and basic backgrounds, so that your children don’t get too frustrated.
The adult wild animals colouring pages, are that little bit more difficult, with some gorgeous intricate swirls, and patterns to work your way through.
In some pictures, the animals themselves are covered in beautiful patterns, and placed in some gorgeous locations to challenge you to keep inside those lines. Why not download it now for £2.99 (£1 to charity) so that you can start to relax?
Wild Animals Mindfulness Colouring for Kids and Adults
£2.99 (£1 to Rethink)
Why we are supporting Rethink
Personally, we have been affected by the difficulties that mental health issues can bring. This is why the book is to raise money for the fantastic Rethink charity. This charity helps so many touched by mental illness; from supporting those that are suffering, to offering advice to those that act as carers. Rethink provides everything from information, to experts and advice on their helpline.
Colouring has been proven to have a positive effect on mental wellbeing, a small step on a long road for those with more complicated mental illness.
It is vital that we help Rethink, and other charities, to continue to research how these illness occur. This is the only way we can help those with the complex mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia, OCD, and manic depression.
We hope you love this colouring book as much as we do – we have some gorgeous resources on the site aside from this. Most of them are free – so why don’t you pop over and take a look at the printables we produce on a weekly basis?
If you love us enough – do subscribe to our newsletter as well. We only send it out weekly, so we promise not to inundate you with “stuff”!
It is lovely to see you here today. Thanks for stopping by.
