Chore charts: Chatterbox takes role as Marketing exec

I have said before that my kids were the key inspiration for my chore charts and reward charts business; but little did I know that they would want to be so involved in it…

Chatterbox goes to a computer club after school; and while many of her peers are playing Monster Trucks, including Stuntboy – she was diligently working away for my business. She is already a non-executive director, and takes her role VERY seriously. It’s all about the quality – apparently.

Not content with banning me from using a star as my logo that had its tongue sticking out; this was considered far too rude, she is now muscling in and trying to take over the advertising and marketing of the business.

She is clearly angling to become our Marketing Director…..

In the hour that she has for her club, she has put together some marketing collateral for me…what do you all think? Would this make you buy one of our chore charts!?

For those that need the translation;

Page 1: My mum is kind she is and helpful (I think perhaps proof reading was a little off here…)

Page 2: My mums bisness is called Kiddy Charts. You can buy a chart there are lots of charts on it.

Page 3: You can get a care chart and a trak chart and a bhavy chart.

I suspect that phonetic spelling in a marketing director, may not be a good thing….

Shall I use them then?!?! By the way, my daughter has just turned seven….

I'm a mum, a part-time analyst at NelsonHall, and the owner of KiddyCharts, not necessarily in that order, and typically all at once... I have two fantabulus children, Stuntboy and Little Miss Chatterbox, who are the inspiration for my business. They continue to be the driving force of much of what we do in our lives, often when we aren't actually expecting them to be. My long-suffering husband, Brad (ahem), puts up with my rather untidy nature, and haphazard house-keeping (even more ahem) skills. This blog covers my diet coke-induced musings on being a working mum, covering stuff like parenting, reward charts, social media, mummy guilt, which I have a lot of it seems, and anything else that seems relevant or interesting after a shed load of caffeine. I am not trying to be an expert on anything on here, its all about sharing some experiences with a few other people. Hopefully you will find them helpful, interesting, and occasionally they'll bring a knowing smile to your face. So stay for a while, and get to know me, my family and KiddyCharts. Hope you like us all.
